شبيبة القبائل تلجأ للمحكمة الرياضية الجزائرية

قرر مجلس إدارة شبيبة القبائل، اليوم الأحد، اللجوء إلى المحكمة الرياضية الجزائرية، للاستئناف ضد عقوبة الإيقاف الصادرة في حق الرئيس، شريف ملال، من طرف لجنة الانضباط التابعة للرابطة المحترفة لكرة القدم.

وكانت لجنة الانضباط قد فرضت عقوبة الإيقاف لسنتين، في حق ملال، مع تغريمه نحو 10 آلاف دولار، بدعوى إخلاله باللوائح وتهجمه على مسؤولي الرابطة واتحاد الكرة، خلال تصريحات لوسائل الإعلام.

وأوضح الشبيبة في بيان عبر “فيسبوك”، أن لجنة الاستئناف التابعة للاتحاد الجزائري، رفضت الطعن الأول المقدم من إدارة النادي، وأيدت عقوبة الإيقاف.

وأكدت إدارة الشبيبة اعتزامها الذهاب بعيدا في القضية، حيث قررت تحويلها إلى المحكمة الرياضية الجزائرية، في الآجال القانونية.
